This case demonstrates a three-port solid-state transformer, comprising a three-phase AC port, a single-phase AC port, and a DC port, achieving energy exchange among the three ports. The DC port is connected to a photovoltaic module and a DC/DC converter.
The three-phase AC port employs a T-type three-level module with a switching frequency of 4 kHz, followed by a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) module that performs DC conversion and isolation at a switching frequency of 20 kHz. The single-phase AC port utilizes an H-bridge inverter with a switching frequency of 8 kHz.
Simulate a 0.5-second process, DSIM takes only about 1 second to complete.
